We require 1 week advance notice for custom orders, 2-3 weeks during the busy summer and holiday seasons. If you are inquiring about and order with a shorter turnaround time, please contact us via phone or in person to check availability.

We do require a deposit to secure the orders, after the initial request is made online you will be asked to call the shop to confirm and place a deposit to book your order.

All changes to orders or cancellations must be done in person or over the phone. 

72 hours notice is required for all changes or cancellations.
